Each reservation will receive 2 parking passes unless property listing indicates otherwise. Security Deposit: Happy Crab Vacations, hereinafter referred to as "HCV" requires a valid credit card be on file along with a copy of a valid government issued id such as a drivers license or passport. In addition a current photo must be on file that matches photo of id. This is the policy of HCV. This policy is within AIRBNB guidelines for integrated partners such as HCV. Exclusions to this requirement must be approved by HCV. The credit card on file will be used in the event of damages incurred during stay. An amount of $500 will be HELD as a PENDING TRANSACTION. This hold will occur 3 days prior to arrival. This hold will be removed 3 days after checkout under following conditions. PLEASE NOTE - releasing a HOLD is not a REFUND. NO COST WAS INCUURED SO THERE IS NO REFUND. FULL release if there are no issues resulting in HCV incurring any costs beyond what is customary and standard. Additional costs include but are not limited to damages to residence, damages to common area of building including parking lots, pools, and any physical structure, cleaning costs above and beyond customary, and fines imposed on HCV by Homeowners Association as a result of actions of guest including parking infractions, smoking in non smoking areas, and any actions resulting in a police presence. Exceeding occupancy limit will result in eviction, loss of entire rental payment including taxes, fees, and entire security deposit. Rental Agreement You will receive link to rental agreement via email. Agreement must be completed and signed online. You must provide a copy of a government issued photo id and a recent photo. Your photo must match the photo on the id and name on ID must match name on credit card. Agreement must identify responsible party and names/ages of all guests. Responsible party must be 25 years of age or older Information Pack You will receive email(s) from Happy Crab Vacations which will contain all the information you will need for your trip including door codes, internet information, parking passes etc. If you have any questions please contact us Check In Time: 4:00 p.m. Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m. Occupancy Occupancy limits are established by the City of North Myrtle Beach Fire Marshall. Exceeding Occupancy Limit will result in eviction, loss of deposit, and no refund.
