This is similar to placing a card on file in a hotel. HCV requires each guest place a government issued id on file e.g. drivers license or id HCV places a temporary authorization on credit card 3 days prior to arrival. HCV automatically releases the hold 3 days after departure if there are no damages. HCV must approve any exceptions to the above policy. HCV policy is within AIRBNB guidelines for integrated partners such as HCV. HCV is only a HOLD, not a CHARGE. Therefore there are no REFUNDS. HCV can retain all or part of the HOLD if a situation arises that results in HCV incurring costs beyond what is customary and standard. NOT CUSTOMARY or STANDARD is defined below. Additional costs include but are not limited to damages to residence, damages to common area of building including parking lots, pools, and any physical structure, cleaning costs above and beyond customary, and fines imposed on HCV by Homeowners Association as a result of actions of guest including parking infractions, smoking in non smoking areas, and any actions resulting in a police presence. OCCUPANCY LIMIT VIOLATIONS will result in eviction, loss of entire rental payment including taxes, fees, and entire security deposit. RENTAL AGREEMENT (RA) RA - Responsible party is the individual who makes the reservation. RA - Responsible party name must match name on credit card on file RA - Responsible party minimum age is 25 unless prior approval granted by HCV ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE INFORMATION PACKET PACKET - will be sent automatically after the rental agreement and damage protection steps are completed. PACKET - will include door codes for residence PACKET - will include building access codes where required PACKET - will include internet information PACKET - will provide parking information CHECK-IN 4:00 p.m. CHECK-OT 10:00 a.m. QUIET TIME City Quiet Time Ordinance is observed 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. If during your stay other guests are disrupting your stay during these hours please contact local police.
