Please review and complete required steps to avoid cancellation. Reservation Confirmation is acknowledgement of the following rules, guidelines, and statements. Please complete the rental agreement and security deposit within 48 hours to avoid cancellation. All Rentals Are Non Smoking - This includes all forms of smoking and vaping. NO PETS * NO GOLF CARTS * NO MOTORCYCLES NO TRAILER - CAMPERS - MOTOR HOMES * exceptions to the above restrictions, .i.e. Golf Carts and Pets will be included in listing detail PARKING - Parking is free. Most properties limit guest parking to 2 spaces. Happy Crab Vacations, will hereinafter be referred to as "HCV". DAMAGE PROTECTION HOLD HCV requires each guest to place a credit card on file. This is similar to placing a card on file in a hotel. HCV requires each guest place a government issued id on file e.g. drivers license or id HCV places a temporary authorization on credit card 3 days prior to arrival. HCV automatically releases the hold 3 days after departure if there are no damages. HCV must approve any exceptions to the above policy. HCV policy is within AIRBNB guidelines for integrated partners such as HCV. HCV is only a HOLD, not a CHARGE. Therefore there are no REFUNDS. HCV can retain all or part of the HOLD if a situation arises that results in HCV incurring costs beyond what is customary and standard. NOT CUSTOMARY or STANDARD is defined below. Additional costs include but are not limited to damages to residence, damages to common area of building including parking lots, pools, and any physical structure, cleaning costs above and beyond customary, and fines imposed on HCV by Homeowners Association as a result of actions of guest including parking infractions, smoking in non smoking areas, and any actions resulting in a police presence. OCCUPANCY LIMIT VIOLATIONS will result in eviction, loss of entire rental payment including taxes, fees, and entire security deposit.
